Telehealth
I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Crystal! She was extremely professional while also making me feel like we related, talking to me as a real person behind the screen. I trusted her knowledge and appreciated her communication. She went above and beyond to get me my medication when insurance and pharmacies were difficult to work with. I 100% would recommend her to a friend.

Knowledgable and empathetic
Telehealth
I worked with Crystal for mediation management for about 1 year. She was very knowledgable about the medications I was taking and their side effects. She had helpful tips and suggestions that went beyond just basic instructions for taking medications. For example, she gave me several useful suggestions on how to reduce nausea, one of the side effects of my medication. Beyond being knowledgable, she really cared about how I was doing and talked about how certain symptoms might be due to my medication not working or simply changes in my personal life. I felt like she knew who I was and cared about my success. I stopped seeing Crystal only because my insurance changed. I highly recommend working with Crystal!
