Crystal is uncaring, and rushed in and out . She does not listen, and does not provide answers.

Crystal Sullivan began treating me when I was in a medical crisis. She was attentive, caring and quick to find solutions. She challenged a surgeon who was not paying attention to my post surgical issues. She may have been responsible for saving my life. She does not believe in putting a bandaid on issues, she wants to find ways to repair physical issues. She is proactive in her approach to health issues and is willing to consult with other professionals. Highly recommended.

She didn’t listen at all, doesn’t care what the patient is saying. She referred me out when I disagreed with her, as well. Worst medical professional ever.

She managed to create an environment where my appointment, my medical concerns, the pain I was experiencing, and the associated stress were all dismissed. Shockingly, she went to the extent of providing false information in my medical chart, claiming that I declined treatment—an assertion completely devoid of truth. I sought assistance during my visit, which she blatantly declined to provide. On a scale of 0 to 10, I unequivocally do not recommend her services. For the first time ever, I find myself compelled to write a medical review as a cautionary measure. If you're looking for a medical professional who truly listens and offers help, it's advisable to seek care elsewhere and avoid consulting her.

She has a very "I'm better than you" demeanor, and with that she prescribed meds that almost killed me. She refused to listen to me when I was filling her in on my diagnosed health problems.
