Would not recommend
The last visit I had scheduled with Cynthia was on a Saturday. My mother had to be taken to the hospital the day of due to heart issues so I needed to cancel my appointment. They did not have anyone working on Saturdays to take calls so it appeared to be a no call no show. I called the following Monday and spoke to her assistant and was told that if I ever pull this stunt again I would not be able to book any Saturday appointments in the future. I don’t understand why I was told this because I always called to let them know if there was an issue making it to my appointments. She is not understanding and what did she honestly think her patients are supposed to do if no one is there to take her calls?
