Misdiagnosis of cellulitis from yellow jacket
After showing her pictures from my yellow jacket sting two days prior, which I thought turned into cellulitis, she told me it looked like a bad bruise - that was it. After a follow up with a doctor today, I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids. Ms. Grandjean blew it. The pics I have are the proof. She did tell me if the area got worse, call her - but she should have prescribed me antibiotics on the spot. We did end up talking about how painful the sting was ....

Unprofessional
She won’t listen and I had to go to another doctor with my issues. I’ve always had issues sleeping and I ask her if she could prescribe a medication to help me sleep at night. She told me a 20 year doesn’t need a medication to sleep and you can sleep just fine. She doesn’t care what the patient need nor puts them first

This NP does a poor job listening to all your symptoms. She locks onto a specific symptom and won't let go, repeating herself over and over and ignoring all other symptoms. You have to be careful with what you say to her because she has a one-track mind and will focus on the absolute wrong issue. She lectures and is rude. She talks over you, and you have to fight to get a word in. This was my third visit with her and I'm now changing practices completely.
