I was immediately comfortable telling Cynthia all my deep dark feelings. She is empathetic, intelligent, caring, understanding and kind. She really listens and then gently helps me understand why I feel the way i do and how I might change my thinking to see if it is a comfortable fit. I've been avoiding therapy for decades because I thought I was permanently broken. Now I look forward to my weekly appointments. I have hope that at some point I will learn how to be a happier person. Thank you Cynthia for giving me that hope.
