Thank God finally found Dr. Cynthia Lewis for all her former patients she is now at 37542 US Hwy 19 N. Her phone number there is 727 584-8020. It is called Belleair Wellness Center and Spa. I in Palm Harbor, Florida. I have been with her many years and I will not go to anyone else she is the best Chiropractor I've ever had
