Cynthia Saario, APNP

I saw Cynthia for two plus years. In February 2023 I was terminated by her as a patient after I filed a complaint. I followed other drs orders she didn’t agree with and she informed me she is taking me off my pain management medication. I had no choice, she refused to listen to me. I suffered greatly which is what nurse Elizabeth told me Cynthia stated I now needed to suffer, I needed to suffer her consequences. This was told to me two days in a row by phone. Since phone calls are recorded I was then informed what I reported wasn’t said. But I couldn’t listen to the recordings. How convenient. My unmanaged pain now moved to my hip, I’m told it’s called deferred pain. This caused me to have to have bursitis surgery December 1, 2023 Then painful injections after that. I’m still in a great deal of pain now going back to surgeon who did my back fusion. Shame on Cynthia Saario and Risk management and Theda Care. So congratulations Cynthia I’m still suffering. I’m far from letting this go.

Very sweet and extremely thorough. She genuinely cared about my well-being.

I'm surprised to read some of the other reviews. Some people just don't click I guess. Cyndi has completely changed my life for the better!! She's solved problems that I've had for years that many many highly esteemed physicians haven't been able to. She's kind, caring, genuinely listens to my numerous issues. Even if they aren't pain related Cyndi always guides me to where I need to be in order to have better health all around.

Very rude, would not deal with again at all. She created a problem where there was none and caused me to change doctors because of her behavior.

2x she was to call me back and didn't. First time I needed something to help with terrible nerve pain. Nurse said Cynthia would call by 430. No call. Spent weekend in torture. Yesterday she was to call with blood work results. Fri procedure dependent on those. I called repeatedly til 4pm today to get thru. Cynthia lied and said she left msg yesterday. Then said she was having trouble with her phone??? What? She doesn't belong in healthcare and should be nowhere near pain patients.
