Many of my concerns and questions were dismissed and I felt as if I was a huge problem when seeking help. I switched providers and was diagnosed with multiple genetic conditions that needed medical attention. I could have stopped or slowed a lot of the damage with earlier medical intervention but I simply was not listened to.

Cynthia Sorenson has always listened to me and has a very calm and kind demeanor. She is smart, knows what she is talking about, and can answer my questions or she can find the answers and communicate them to me at a later point in time. I randomly picked her from the list of available NPs, and I was very, very lucky in finding her! I just wish Mfld clinic (and all clinics) gave providers more time with patients.
