I have been a patient since 2004 and had two upgrades in hearing equipment in that time. the reason I came to Dr Kalies is that all the other hearing specialists I went to were very hard sell and pushy they made me feel uncomfortable. Dr Kalies is very patient centered and lets you progress through the process of discovering the extent of your hearing loss evaluating your options in equipment and getting to test drive before you have to complete the purchase agreement. No pressure!!
