The office is decorated nice and the front desk staff was inviting but that's where the compliments end... The "doctor" pushed long-term appointments and couldn't give my family a time frame when our backs would be realigned. The financial person was trying to pressure us into a long term plan and wanted us to pay over 1k upfront. We also realized they are antivaxxers and used outdated medical theories. Definitely dodged a bullet...

We are a family of 6 and have been loyal customers for 8 years. It is a great service at a very fair price. I have been to the other chiropractors in town and would consider Complete Chiropractic to be the best choice by far. How appointments work is somewhat untraditional but once you understand how they work and when to go, wait times are minimal. Dr. Dale truly cares for your family's well being and has on multiple occasions gone over and above to care for our family. Additionally, the improvements that I have personally experienced include better range of motion, decreased pain, and I haven't gotten sick in years.

All he cares about is money money money. Him and the financial lady pressure and corner you into setting up stuff you aren't comfortable doing and WILL NOT take no for an answer. They asked me if I wanted my money back because I don't believe in and agree with chiropractics in general, and I'm just like ???

The cost for this amazing service would be cheap at twice the price! Walked in there ten years ago on crutches and left dancing. No crunching or being twisted like a pretzel. Just gentle manipulations have left me pain free. I have been going there every week for ten years and just signed up for another!

Beautiful office. Poor chiropractor. Pressured by sales staff to sign long term contracts. Dr Capela is a slick businessman and talks a good game but the lacks the skill, ethics, and genuine compassion that I have found elsewhere.

He doesn't meet with his patients to go over X-rays. His office staff does that. And I was told I needed to go 3 times per week for 3 months, then 2 times per week for 9 months. It would've cost a fortune. And I saw no improvement after 3 months.
