So incredibly helpful. She is very insightful and empathic. Her office has a very calm amd positive atmosphere that coincides well with her personality. Very fortunate to have her to open up to and without judgement.

Myself, being a client of yours years ago, I needed to find out "who I was" when I lost my son, 10 years ago, this year. I fall back on many of the things that we talked about still and even though there are some days that I still wonder "who I am", each time I do, I think about our sessions. I’ve been seeing Dale for several months after a series of loses. I have found her to be insightful, helpful and easy to talk with.

I was a patient of Dale. I saw her for 3 sessions. I started a new job and was unable to make the early morning appt while in orientation. I canceled the appt and asked Dale for a different slot. She called back and left a message with 2 other options. I was unable to make either so I called back the following week twice to see what she had in the near future. She never returned my calls. I find this highly unprofessional and troubling if mental health had been in a bad place. If she was unable to fit me in anywhere a call back would have been nice and a recommendation to another counselor would have been a nice courtesy.
