Steer clear. Especially if you are a veteran. My husband is a veteran and we brought him because he was in crisis. The first meeting was strange, Dana had no control over the session. There was no proper intake being completed. My husband just rambled nervously and nothing was productive. Dana canceled the next two sessions last minute. One session she canceled as we were on our way there stating she had out of state family visiting. When we finally got back into her office, she had misplaced his file. She blamed her husband for moving it from her home office. This is not up to standard for HIPAA. That last session she again had no file to look at, and did not take control of the session. we were not going to get any help here. We can say that she was a warm individual, and did appear to be caring, although unable to be the professional that our veterans need and deserve. When a veteran finally reaches out for help, it is a crime that she is so inept. Keep looking.

Dana trudeau is an amazing Therapist. In an age of people who refuse to be blunt and truthful about their problems , she courageously speaks the truth with tact and symphay

Dana talked exclusively about her own life for the majority of our first appointment. I had to interrupt her at times to get a word in. She said things that were unprofessional, uncomfortable, and even something anti semitic. She mentioned that she was "going into menopause" and things about her Ex Husband. I left the appointment very upset, as someone who's trying to take a step towards better mental health. Save your time and money and don't go ANYWHERE near Dana Trudeau.

Too many last minute cancellations.

Very Intrusive, a lier, based her approach on taking sides without any facts or professional scientific information on peoples life. Get involved with people private life without their consent or even their knowledge. Unprofessional individual

She is AMAZING at what she does... So warm, caring, funny, and she genuinely listens to what I have to say and provides mindful, thoughtful feedback. Plus, she isn't afraid to disagree with me or be strict with me on certain things (AKA not just a yes man). She has helped me properly work through much stress and I am very positive I can attribute much of my current success to her counseling each week. She is also very good about scheduling and moving around appointments-11/10 would recommend!
