Disrespectful towards staff
I took my toddler in last week to see Dana and I over heard her through the door talking down to her staff. As a nurse myself I found this to be very disrespectful. The doors are not sound proof and I am surprised that NKC allows such behaviors in this clinic. The management needs to be aware of this. Nurses and staff are there to help your patients and help you succeed Dana, show some respect and compassion.
