Pushy salesperson, I had an appt in Manitowoc with Dana and she kept insisting I buy new hearing aids. I have insurance coverage and she never once tried to submit it through insurance. She insisted I didn’t have coverage when I did. Beware go see someone else.

There are many places it seems these days to obtain hearing aids. When I first made the decision to get mine, it was a difficult choice but all my concerns and worries were immediately eliminated at my first appointment with Dana Gray. She is professional, courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. She has a way of making you feel at home. Thank you for making this process as painless as possible.
