Dan Boyle is a warm caring & emphatic listener. His explanations are thoural & he makes eye contact as he speaks. He gave me options & recommendations for my care. Perhaps what I respect & admire most about Dan Is his down to earth quiet confidence, the way he speaks, he makes eye contact with me & I don't feel rushed.
