He’s in over his skis.
Telehealth
He diagnosed a condition that is out of his realm. This was unsolicited and a dangerous judgment call, on his part. Additionally he gave unsolicited advice on medication changes.

He really listens. Very soft spoken which makes me feel very comfortable talking with him. I highly recommend Dr. Collette if you want a Dr.who is straight forward and understanding.
