He says he accepts Atena Insurance but when you get there he tells you that you have to pay up front and he will put in for your Visit and they will pay you back.He does nothing but complain that the Insurance companies dont pay enough and he is tearing g up four Contracts with insurance companies . Arena has him listed as a In house provider which accepts their Insurance.He also does not take X-rays you have to go and get X-rays and bring him a copy.

Dr. Dan is the man here in Ft. Myers! We looked specifically for someone who trained at Palmer. Very thorough, good communicator, responsive to specific needs (such as after-surgery care). My husband and I both highly recommend Dr. Dan Halajcsik.
