Excellent Doctor!
I ran into problem getting my prescribed doses of medicine while at HCA Clearlake. A nurse said if I was at a pain level of 6 the hospital doesn't give pain meds, after this encounter the nurse gave me the med anyways. The following day she cleared my lines really quick almost seeming to try to blow a vein with sodium chloride, then said she had to go get my med and she'd be back she never came back until I pressed the water button for water, this was roughly 30 mins after she was going to get my meds. The nurse showed up for "water" I promptly asked about my pain med she then stated rudely she had done gave me my meds. I asked to speak to an officer or her boss which all was rejected and refused. The following day Dr. Hatmaker spoke with me to try to remedy this situation. I was thrown out very rudely the following day with never getting to see Dr. Hatmaker again! This Dr. is an EXCELLENT Doctor! very caring and easy to speak to.
