Marriage and family counseling
Dr. Thomsen is the really good at what he does. He is fair, efficient, and really makes you feel comfortable at appointments. Subject matter was difficult and touchy, but he had no problem navigating this.He is very knowledgeable, keeps things simple, and as a bonus, he specializes in everything that we needed.His techniques and approach are refreshing, calming and it's somewhat surprising that we are always eager to go back for the next session. We could not have picked a better therapist for our family!

Great Child Psychologist
He helped cure my daughter of two big phobias. He helped her work around her social anxiety. My twelve year old asks for help in school, and sticks up for herself with classmates. Thank you Dr. Thompsen. He is easy to talk to, straightforward with his appointment schedule and expectations for progress in therapy.

Re: marriage counseling. Dr. Thomsen was okay. Our relationship wasn't damaged by his counseling, nor was it improved. At the time we were seeing him, I think he was a bit 'burned out.' That might have changed by now.
