Dr Fernandez was thorough in her examination and took the time to make sure everything was right. I was hesitant at first as a new patient, but her “bedside manners” in this part of town was a pleasant change.

If I could give them 6 Stars, I would. This is by far the best Eye appointment I have ever had. They were polite, on-time, conscientious, intelligent, not condescending, absolutely top notch. I had a full eye exam and learned a lot that I never knew. The visit started at reception. They were prepared and filled out the paperwork with us at the desk. No, 'here's a clipboard...go'. I can't remember the lady's name but she was great! Next Hanna took me back and did the preliminaries. Polite and efficient. Great job Hanna! Next it was Diana. Diane took me in the exam room and did the advanced preliminaries for the doctor. Great job Diana. Then Dr. Fernandez. Kind, Soft spoken yet confident. Explained everything! Answered every question. She is my new eye doctor. Great Team and seamless transitioning.Very Happy in Sebring, Sean O.
