Dr. Pedroso was great when she would actually see me. She began cancelling appointments or being delayed from my scheduled appointments due to "people in crisis." This became a weekly occurrence. She would say she will reschedule her cancellations and I would never hear back. She then dropped my when I couldn't change my last appointment to a time that worked better for her. Wasn't rude or anything, just incredibly challenging for her to make the sessions that were scheduled at least a week in advance. The fact that she dropped me as a patient because I couldn't adapt to her changing times cancellations, I find to be really unprofessional.

Dr. Pedroso is AMAZING. She is an absolute godsend... I can't believe I found her. Her focus is to listen and deep root cause analysis. She also helped me to develop tools that have sustained me and supported deep growth! Thank you Dr. Pedroso!
