Danielle Banks, NP

Dr Banks always explains things to me, my choices in care, and also is always friendly. During covid when I discussing struggles to find a workout program she recommended Mr and mrs muscle to me which is completely free via YouTube! She's always been friendly with me. I chose her after feeling like a previous obgyn wasn't listening to me about some concerns I had. Dr. Banks was a breath of fresh air and I've stuck with her since.

I got a bad feeling about Danielle from my first appointment. I tried to give her a chance and things just got worse and worse. She is not personable, which I can deal with, but she is an absolutely poor communicator. I left every appointment confused and seeking information that wasn't adequately addressed. I did not feel safe with Danielle handling my medical care and when my pregnancy became complicated, Danielle was unbothered to my concerns. I immediately called to have my records sent to another provider.

Ms. Banks did not establish a rapport. Having visited other providers at the same facility, I felt Ms. Banks rushed the appointment. Her documentation was missing elements resulting in a bill to the patient.

She was great. She made me feel comfortable as a new patient.

Her bedside manner is very poor. She also has zero personality. The clinic she works for is great but if you can avoid meeting with this nurse, I would.
