I love Danielle Crook. My sons have been going through rough times and they haven't opened up to anyone but her. She's amazing and she explains very well of consequences of bad decisions my kids are making in their health. She explained every option available for my kids mental health. She also went above and beyond to give me referrals for food pantries. She's the best! This is the reason why my kids would only like to get checked by her. Thank you to all of you for your hard work and commitment to care for others.

I am very happy with the complete service. I'm not sure if there aren't many receptionists, nurses and doctors, and that's the only thing that could be better because we don't like to wait so long in the room. But from there on, everything is very good. Thanks very much.

NP. Danielle Crook has been the best provider not only for the amazing treatment of my son but in the way she cares and remembers about me as a parent. My concerns are always addressed. She goes above and beyond and it give me peace if mind always

The staff is great however the wait times are another story. I had an appointment at 10:20 and we weren't seen until well after 11. I really like this doctor for my kids however I may look for a different office as we always have this issue with the wait times.

The nurse did not show up, I waited in the small room with 2 babies for 1.5 hours! I went to look for the medical assistant and he said 5 more minutes, I then waited 20 more minutes and nobody came! So I packed up my stuff and left. I will never come back to UCI. Evert appointment wait time only gets longer and longer, if the staff can't respect my time I do not want to come anymore.
