Danielle is awesome. She actually listens when I have concerns. If I come in and I've found some weird research and want to talk to her about it, she's patient and talks me through the information. I'm left feeling like she at least considers what I've said. We don't always go that particular direction, but it's great to be treated like I'm an idiot. I put 3 stars for urgent appointments because Dent controls scheduling, not Danielle.
