Was a doctor dr when i saw him but then i needed my prescription refilled and i called maybe 8 times over ten days and left a message either with a receptionist or on the answering machine and got no answer. I still havent got an answer weeks later. In the end i had to pay a bunch of mine to get my medication from a different dr. Super irresponsible

I'm a 51 year old woman who has been seeing Danny Mays for 8 years. He's simply wonderful. He offers decades of experience, is a careful listener, asks questions, and has a calm and friendly bedside manner. He takes time to explain what he's thinking, and answer all questions in detail. He's often said "if you were my family member, this is what I would advise." If you live in Santa Fe, you know that great medical care is hard to find. There is a huge shortage of quality primary care givers, and a growing number of concierge-only providers. Danny is a gift to this community. Do not hesitate to trust him with your primary care as a PA instead of an MD. He's the complete package for all general care, and any referrals if you should need a trusted specialist.

I just love this Doctor. He is so caring, he listens really listens. I finally found a doctor that found the problem and it's working to make it livable.

Too long a wait for a nurse practitioner who is afraid to prescribe . Rushed practice where leader is focused on Concierge practice, working less hours for more money up front.

Old school physician, takes time to listen, with a sense of humor...

Brilliant mind and a true gentleman . I cannot say enough superlatives about Danny . One of the guys who really does care about his patients and as sharp as any doctor ive been around . They allow walk ins daily so they are quite busy some days . Worth the wait .

I'm a MediCare-covered patient who needed a new PCP because my last one changed his practice to omit most insurance coverage, and had a referral from a friend to Danny and the IMS group. I've seen him twice and have been very pleased. Very present when with me, he seems thorough but does move pretty fast - it's a busy practice - so there's not a sense of leisure for getting-to-know, but there is a sense of enough time to attend to what's important. He's very attentive & made useful referrals.

RN,MSN. Gave up on Drs, who blow you off and put a stamp on your forehead. Another MD tried to see me, typically arrogant, disinterested.. I insisted on Danby. Win,WinWin. What a find!! Professional, compassionate.. Best of all REAL.. AN ICU NURSE KNOWS. I KNOW...THIS man is EXCELLENT!!!!

Danny is caring and is genuine in the care of his patients. He takes the time to listen and treats everyone with respect along with the medical knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
