Stood up for a 9am appointment. Darlene called and rescheduled for 4:30pm, citing a scheduling error. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and accepted. I was then stood up for that appointment as well. She said she was not feeling well, but instead of cancelling the appointment or notifying the clinic she let me sit there for 30+ minutes trying to reach someone. Will never attempt to be seen by her again.
