The entire visit was centered on pushing contacts on me, by the front desk, assistant and Dr Jones. I haven’t worn contacts since my lasik surgery 20 years ago. I said, take a look at my eyes and if you think contacts are the right answer, ok I’ll consider them. I didn’t think this was the solution, but no one there listened to this, they just pushed the contacts. She gave me some trial lenses, and it was like they were clear, no correction. The second pair of trials were hardly better. She said, your eyes will adjust and they will be the right prescription. Uh. No. They did not.

Excellent patient interaction. Thorough. Makes dire glasses and contacts are correct and you are satisfied. Great new office. Convenient. Office communication is really efficient

I've been going to Dr Jones for years. I ran out of contact lenses a few days before my eye exam. I called to see if they can give or sell me sample pairs or one month supply to help me through the few days. They said they can't because I never purchased contact lenses from them. The gentleman said If you would have purchased a few boxes from us in the past, it would have made a whole lot of difference. Whether they extend you courtesy is based on how much you spent instead of your need.
