So thankful that UCI provides holistic medicine that is covered by insurance. My provider Dr Lee is one of the few doctors I feel totally safe with in the world of doctors and I am truly grateful for this place.

The Medical Assistant who called me back to take my vital signs and history, was new in her role, and did not know how to spell most of the names of conditions and medications I provided her. She was a new grad medical assistant and ill-experienced, which left me with a lack of confidence in the clinical staffing at this institute, which is not what one would expect from UCI. The provider however, was compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable, which was very helpful and reassuring.

Dr. Lee is amazing! Absolutely the best! Words cannot express how grateful I am for her wisdom, guidance and expertise. I will miss her while she is on maternity leave, but know that I can see her once she returns. Ana was my MA and she was fabulous.

Impossible getting a follow up appointment scheduled anywhere near within provider's recommended time. Also, provider recommended other services which also I won't even receive a call to begin scheduling for another two weeks. I feel like it's going to be ineffective and frustrating gaining momentum and an effective health plan.

The building was beautiful but the experience I had at the office was even better. Shakhouza and Ana were great, and so was Dr. Darlene. I felt thoroughly cared for and in good hands. Everything was explained to me and time was spent making sure I understood everything.

Dr Darlene Lee and her staff were very pleasant and friendly. Dr Lee was very patient, thoughtful and thorough in her questions and was very easy to communicate with. I felt like my health concerns were heard and that she addressed them well.

Feel understood and heard about my health issues because not everyone in the health environment its knowledgeable about the long covid circumstances and it's frustrating to anyone going through health issues and not be understood. Happy to have a place where my health issues are being addressed.

It is a wonderful new facility and the staff is very kind and friendly. Unfortunately for follow up care it takes 2 months to schedule an appt. I wish it was easier and sooner so people can receive the care they need in logical time.

I have been see Dr. Lee since 2000, per recommendation from Dr. Jefferson Chen after surviving an aneurysm. She played a big role in my recovery process, and I'm forever grateful to her and the entire staff at UCI Medical Center.
