I had been awfully sick with a bad cold and congestion for a long time, and my PCP would not see me, but diverted me to the ER instead. I chose finally to go to Urgent Care in Bullhead City, needing medications for the bad congestion, as it was continually getting worse. Darlene Leftwich was my care physician, and it being Memorial Day weekend, the clinic got me in. without any hassles. She went up and beyond, and thoroughly checked everything out, and prescribed the medications necessary to treat my condition. and also got me back on an aspirator to help treat my lungs being so congested. I highly recommend her in any emergency situation. Thank You Darlene.

I went to see Dr. Leftwich for a very sensitive issue. My wait was very short, I was in a lot of pain, she quickly lanced the problem I was having which resolved the pain. I would recommend her without hesitation. I hope to only have to see her in the future for a sore throat, per her friendly request.

I needed a prescription refill and my former provider had ceased practising so I called into Bullhead Urgent Care clinic and was attended by Darlene Leftwich, Physician's Assistant. Darlene quite correctly questioned me further to establish my need and checked available records. She then gave me a brief physical check. Overall I felt she was most professional and the facility was well run and with friendly staff.

One star because it won't allow zero. ZERO bedside manner, she was rude as was her staff. If you have a choice go anywhere but here.
