Telehealth
I absolutely love Darlene Rizo! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a welcoming, encouraging, and respectful therapist. She’s sensitive to my cultural and spiritual beliefs. She validates my feelings and experiences. She’s teaching me how to process my trauma, manage my symptoms, and be compassionate towards myself. She sees past my multiple mental health diagnoses and actively seeks to understand my entire personhood. Therapy is not easy and so I’m happy I have her to guide me. I’ve seen multiple therapists throughout my life and am immensely grateful for her.
