Since age 15, I’ve tried talk therapy with several different therapists and psychiatrists and all it ever did was make my PTSD symptoms worse than before. I’d sworn off therapy altogether but at age 37, I was interested in equine therapy. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Williams, but afterwards, I’d forgotten all about equine therapy cause I found my session not only enjoyable, but it ACTUALLY helped me. And left me looking forward to my next session. And now, I’ve been a patient for well over a year and see her at least 1x weekly! I’ve also had 2 equine therapy sessions and those sessions taught me so much about myself that I never would have found had I not done that therapy. Dr. Williams is one of the kindest, most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. And she helped me turn my darkness into light. Thank you so much Dr. Williams. I couldn’t manage my life without you!!!

Dr. Williams saved my life. I’ve been going to talk therapy off and on for over 20 years and until I found Dr. Williams, I thought it was a joke. A scam. I HATED therapy. Then I found this beautiful, kind soul that I’m blessed to call my therapist. I’m a veteran with PTSD and I’ve struggled almost of my life with mental health issues and I feel alive for the first time in 38 years. I started seeing Dr. Williams earlier this year, and for the first time, I feel joy. I have coping skills. And genuine excitement about life and my future and it’s all because of Dr. Williams. I have chronic, sometimes debilitating health issues, yet now, only 8 months later, I’ve never been happier. And what’s more, I LOVE MYSELF. I’ve learned to be patient with myself. And importantly, I’ve learned to forgive myself and those who have caused me harm. I never thought in a million years that I could actually find happiness in life and love for myself.
