He listens. He will interject at the right time to speak and explain something you have been trying to explain. He then gives you a dead on reason of why you feel like you do, which in turn gives you a different perspective. He works on giving you tools to empower you. Dr. Berndt has much patience and is very knowledgeable. He hears what you are saying and gives feedback that you didn't think of before, which gives you a different perspective.
