Extended monologue

He’s pleasant. Goofy uncle vibes. But he offers an uninterrupted, caffeinated soliloquy, explaining the obvious and leaving no room for questions or comments. In essence, the visit becomes about him expressing himself and not the concerns of the patient. I’m sure his turnover rate is excellent, but I have far less confidence in his level of care and competence.
