Saw Dave at an Urgent Care and received inadequate and substandard medical care. To start, he didn’t even ask for my medical history. When I told him about my chronic medical conditions and tried to explain my history of illness, he didn’t want to hear it. He was unfamiliar with how to diagnose my condition. He missed the fact that I could get seriously ill with infection and met criteria for sepsis. He said (direct quote) “I don’t have the patience to argue with you.” When I asked to speak with the supervising DOCTOR, he refused saying he had no reason to consult them. I told him exactly what treatment I needed and again he refused to prescribe it, then dismissed me. I will be reporting him to the appropriate licensing board.
