Dr. Ficco is very knowledgeable and he takes time to listen to what’s going on with you and make sure that you get the best care. My husband has been going in for years, and I recently had an injury and started going to him and he is fixed me right as rain.

I was suffering from intense migraines from an accident 4 yrs ago. I went to multiple doctors with no answers and just given tons of medications that really didn't help. After one visit with Dr. Ficco, he really listened and figured out what I needed. I went from taking 4 to 5 different medications to just 1. I had migraines pretty much everyday to just 1 to 2 times a week. I never thought I would ever get off the medications or have actual migraine free days!Dr. Ficco really helped me. I want to add, you don't sit in the waiting room for long. Mrs. Ficco, who tends the front is the best and so kind.

Knowledgeable & Skillful & Caring

I have been a customer for a few months and my condition has been treated effectively and in a relaxing professional way that makes it easy to be a customer. Dr Ficco and his staff handle all my paperwork and insurance claims. I never am rushed and they all seem to care about me as a individual. I would definitely recommend Dr Ficco and staff to any of my friends or family. I am thankful that they are there for me!

Dr. Ficco is a very experienced and kind and caring person. Grateful to have found his practice! Patty is great as well. I have no issues getting appointments that work with my schedule. I can walk without pain now.

Dr. Ficco and his wife are some of the most amazing people ever. Great sense of humor, makes you feel comfortable & I really gained a close relationship with them. I strained my back and was out of work and Dr Ficco really took care of me and got me back on my feet in no time & he made sure I was good to go & even still to this day I do monthly checkups. He’s very professional and friendly & im so glad my wife found him. I would recommend him any day of the week to anyone, he’s definitely not your typical chiropractor. He’ll get you right, trust me..I could barely walk. He’s Awesome!

Dr Ficco is very personable and always made me feel comfortable; it is very clear that he loves his job. He takes the time to get to know you and come up with a comprehensive plan of treatment. I love that he stays open late to accommodate his "working" patients. I'll miss being greeted by his smile.

Amazing doctor very friendly and both him and receptionist makes you feel you are visiting family or friends. After treatment with him my back and shoulder pain is almost gone, over all he is a down to earth kind of doctor.

Dr. Ficco was very good about listening to my concerns about specific areas that needed attention. Always cordial and pleasant as well as being thorough with treatment, I am a new regular customer. His admin assistant is very nice as well. Small office, great location, nice people.

Doctor Ficco was amazing and made my experience at my first visit at the chiropractor great! The receptionist, on the other hand, was the worst experience ever. Not only was she rude but did not have the patience to explain my charges. I was told, by her, that i would only be charged $150 plus copay. Instead, i get a $410 charge plus copay. Called many times and left voicemails. I finally went in during my lunchbreak. "Hey, I've been trying to call you and your brother. He must not have paid his phone bill because it says this person is not accepting calls". That is a lie and rude to say in a public setting. She continued to explain in a rude tone and also tried to make me feel like I lack intelligence. If you have any questions regarding charges/insurance, she will confuse/lie to you. Although I want to return, I will not until the receptionist is replaced.
