The way billing and payment is handled seems quite shady. He is listed everywhere as being located in Concord NH, when in reality he exclusively lives and operates out of Carroll County NH. Seems to disregard HIPPA laws at will. Has an "off the books" agreement with Carroll County Probation to exclusively use him for anger management and batterers intervention. No exceptions. Can't put my finger on it, but something just isn't right.

This guy is good. Don't listen to someone who failed to graduate from his Domestic Viloence program. He's good and I've seen real change from his clients. He charges a fair rate and is quite flexible. I have worked with him and his clients. He's worth seeing.

Waste of money and time. He lives off of court ordered d.v. counseling and charges outrageous fees, but doesn't actually do anything. State sanctioned robbery.
