I have had two eye examines by Dr. Gerchak. He is the most kind and polite Dr. I have ever visited. His goal is to make sure that you can see the best you can possibly see. He has had three pairs of glasses made for me and they have been the best glasses I have ever had. I had the first examine at Cummins Health Center in Columbus Indiana, but have since been going to his office in Nashville Indiana. You will not be disappointed with his care.
