Amazing psychologist
I went to see Dr. Grow based on a recommendation of a friend and he exceeded my expectations. He truly listened, responded with helpful advice and suggestions, gave me “homework” that I could apply in real life, and genuinely cared. I’ve been to several therapists for anxiety, depression, PTSD over the past 30 years and Dr. Grow is one of the best. I appreciated that he offered Teledoc appointments as well. Very grateful!
