At first, Dr. Holland was great. I was a patient for maybe 2 or 3 months. Then, without communication, I stopped receiving appointments. The first time this occurred (happened more than once), I was told his secretary (Chantel?) had been out of town and forgot to jot me down for future appointments. After the second time, I wondered, "do I REALLY want to keep calling to inform him/his secretary they forgot about me, again?" Didn't know what to make of it, so I decided not to go back.
