Needed a simple refraction to get a new pair of glasses and they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for scans and other things that I did not ask for or need as I already see a world class specialist for an eye condition. All I needed from this office was a refraction and pair of eyeglasses and they were not interested in doing that without doing a bunch of other expensive testing. After explaining to the staff, I asked to see the doctor to explain to him, and he refused to see me. I left because he would want a choose a doctor that refuses to speak with you.
