After two psychologists and one therapist, we were ready to give up finding help for our young adult son who had suffered from a serious, tenacious case of OCD throughout his teenage years. He began seeing Dr. McNamara mid-summer, and by Thanksgiving most of his OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) was gone. Dr. McNamara immediately connected with our son and put him at ease. He is knowledgeable in all the latest types of therapy for helping patients and employs them, but also has decades of prior experience working with young people. He gets down to business right away, doesn’t waste time, and schedules regular meetings with parents. We cannot emphasize enough how grateful our family is for Dr. McNamara’s help.

I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough! He is excellent with families and kids. He is compassionate, smart, easy to communicate with, and very insightful.
