Pretty weak
This place is fine if your injury and their techniques are in alignment. I mentioned my muscular issues around my injured joint and was told, "you have a lot of problems don't you" and they were never addressed or questioned. When the home exercises exacerbated the pain I was told by D. Ponte that "I'm delicate". Maybe he was joking but there was no medical regard there on how to change it up, just stop doing it but you won't heal. Lastly he was frequently making assessments about my injury that weren't supported by the MRI and he wasn't accepting that when I told him. So pretty much he made his own incorrect assessment and stuck to it. In summary, it's an old school approach to PT with an old school jock attitude. I had a much better and wholistic experience with Hands On Physical Therapy in Arcata, I can actually walk again after working with them.
