Dr. David Prince, PSY.D

After reading office staff complaints, I have to say that their new office manager, Zoë, is amazing!!

Our teen loves Dr. Prince. He does need to reschedule a lot which can be frustrating. However the office manager (Joanne) communicates well with us. She is excellent and very friendly. Overall great experience

Our teen was really struggling through her teen years and Dr. Prince was empathetic and compassionate and offered real advice to help her. Very thankful

Dr Prince tested and diagnosed my son with ADD as a teenager and he really knows how to talk to kids without talking down to them. I have also sought out Dr Prince for family counseling and he is wonderful! Joanne is his administrative assistant and has always been kind and helpful.

Dr Prince came recommended for ADHD evaluation for our son, but the scheduling and admin experience made his expertise not worth it. Their communication with staff is lacking. We were scheduled for the parent debrief meeting before the testing was even complete which was a waste of our time. Now that there is a diagnosis, we have not been able to get the results to send to our son's school and prescribing doctor after multiple attempts to reach out. I do feel that the testing was thorough and accurate, but this has been a very frustrating experience from an organizational standpoint.

Front office staff rude and not helpful. Don’t call you back and it’s hard to make appointment.

Dr Prince was the only one that made sense and really helped my son and the family. He also advocated for my son and educated me on how to become an advocate for him as well.

Horrific. Sat in his waiting room so long, finally gave up and walked out. He never called to reschedule and his office staff was unapologetic.

Dr. Prince is awesome. He can also provide services for advocacy when dealing with schools. He listens, and has multiple modalities for treatment.
