I made an appt to see one of the doctors I was familiar with from having worked at Tanner. I was told that the doctor was on vacation and wouldn't be back until the 12th of the month. So I made the appointment when he would return to the office instead of taking whatever was first available because I trusted his reputation. I was surprised when this person I didn't know walked in to do the exam but I didn't ask why I waited for an appt but wasn't seeing the person I made the appt with. David Scruggs did the exam. He is very personable, listened, asked questions, didn't make me feel rushed, and treated the problem appropriately. I was very happy with David, his nurse, the other staff members, and my appt outcome.
