Absolutely amazing treatment from the time I called for an appointment until after I left. I was nervous about going. Recently turned 40, wanted to make sure all was ok, and they assured me of that. Highly highly recommend these fine folks and they are a model of how the medical community should strive to be.

My two kids (9 and 11 years old) saw Dr. Ward today. He is awesome! He is great with kids - very patient and thorough. He explained the results in an easy-to-understand manner and has a great personality. I highly recommend him.

Dr Sterna uses a "CALL CENTER" and only works out of the Lorain office. A separate phone number for the Brecksville office resulted in the Same "CALL CENTER" answering the phone and verified he only works out of Lorain and not Brecksville.
I do not do business with "CALL CENTERS", especially when he works out of only one office. This dude is obviously too important to be bothered with me. GO ELSWHERE !!!

I have wore glasses since I was 1, I am now 50. I have never had such great vision as i do now, Dr. Sterna performed a miracle on me. The staff were also perfect I could not have been happier.
