Dr. David Weinstock, PHD

Believed to hired by bad dads to steer custody back to them in family court. Works hand in hand with afcc members like Korsten and fellow afcc board members to change legal narrative, often along the lines of parent alienation against safe Moms. He and like minded people are a reason the USdivorce industry is an over $50billion a yr industry and children's outcomes are so dismal. Unsure how AZCourts allow Weinstock to practice around children, his legal license issues are believed to be sealed in NY- AZ courts or DCS should subpoena. Believed to be neutral forensic therapists: DiCarlo, Schroecksenstein, Picus, Covert, Gallimore.

Daunting where to begin creep!

Dr. Weinstock oversees/observes the co-parenting process & reports his finding to the courts. The only flaw I experienced was the court's blind reliance and forced partnership upon Dr. Weinstock requiring him to accept reports from a court-appointed counselor without his direct involvement, which IMO was an injustice to myself & our children. I think Dr. Weinstock's forensic background would enable him to see thru the manipulations that got by the lesser qualified psychologist...

Beware. This man has his own agenda and cares nothing of the oath he took to help people. He ignored signs of abuse, he was cold and arrogant. I’m a positive person… but I would tell everyone I know not to give this man a dime of your money.

Dr. David Weinstock is the most arrogant person I have ever met. He is very condescending. He thinks he knows everything and he will not let you get a word in if it is not aligning with what he wants you to say. He will do everything in his power to make you feel stupid or call you disrespectful if you dare stand up to him or call him up on things that he presents that is not true even if you have proof. When you do present receipts that prove that you are right, he quickly sweeps it under the rug or just ignores it. His reports to the court do not anywhere come close to what transpired in sessions with him. I am quite sure if someone were to do an investigation on him, a lot would come to light.

If asked to write a review during my evaluation process, it would be lower. However this is the nature of forensic counseling. He is not there to validate during appts. His report validated my positions in our divorce and helped me gain my freedom from coercive controlling ex. He takes time to assure his report is in best interest of kids. His recommendations for decision making and parent behavior change (on both our parts) has greatly helped our high-needs son and daughter. Trust the process.

Dr. Weinstock really tries to understand both sides of a conflict and works to be fair to both; not an easy stunt when two adults have serious challenges with one another and our kids are in the middle.

Dr. Weinstock is an advocate for children and is not afraid to address and challenge the family problems affecting the child
