AVOID
Been a patient of Davin Cole's for 4 years. Definitely no more after today and here's why: Had a routine blood test done 3 whole weeks ago. Their office refused to upload the results in their Healow app. Told me I need to schedule an appointment to go over it, which was last Thursday at 4pm. Davin totally ghosted me. I took off work for the appointment! I called the office the next day and as usual they have no idea why. They never have any idea why because they don't communicate with each other and don't know what they're doing. Spoke with office manager Alana make a new appointment for today. Davin calls me for our appt, asking what the appointments about which is unprofessional enough, but when I explained what happened and how disrespected I felt being ghosted he gets super defensive claiming he has 2,000 patients and it's not his problem go somewhere else. How are you a professional doctor?? If you can't do your job then find a new profession.
