Dawn Fortich is the owner/clinical director of Bearden Behavioral Health. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR HEALTH OR THE HEALTH OF YOUR LOVED ONES. Unbelievable rate of staff turnover. I was a patient at Fortich's facility for more than a year. During that year, 3 different providers left this clinic and refused to articulate why. Then, after a scheduling mixup, they sent me a letter informing me that I had violated their policy and were discharging me as a patient. Their level of staff turnover is beyond concerning and when I asked to speak to the clinic owner, Fortich refused to speak to me.

Dawn has been a angel on earth for me and my family. Certainly, she deserves great praise for her wonderful and tremendous care! I recommend her highly and her practice. She is simply the best!!!
