First - office staff and Christina, the attending nurse, were fabulous!! That said, not so much for Nurse Dawn. I called the office before I made the appointment to ask if they welcomed LGBTQ people, and was told 'we're all professionals here.' Not quite the warm answer I hoped to receive, but I thought I'd still go. When I arrived the staff and Christiana were wonderful. When it came time for Nurse Dawn to meet me for the first time. She stood in the doorway, arms crossed and asked 'Do you have any questions for me?' As it was my first visit, and I'm healthy, and given her defensive tone of voice and posture, I said, 'Not really.' So she said good bye, told me to reschedule an appointment for a physical and walked out the door. 90 second exchange - tops. So - I found another physician who spent over 30 minutes getting to know me in a holistic health way (body, mind, emotional well-being), which has been more typical of my first visits with a doctor after I moved to a new location.

Wonderful staff very caring. Kelly is amazing you need something she gets it done!!! Dawn is empathetic to your needs, tries to go above and beyond to take care of your needs. Visits are not rushed, and she let's you be a part of your healthcare decisions. I cant say enough , very happy I changed my healthcare to Dawn LeVasseur.

She is just incredible. I have Docs come and go but Dawn L is incredibly smart. And I feel blessed to have her in my corner.

dawn is the best provider around. she is not only caring but will listen to what you have to say. the staff are pleasant and will make appointments as fast and easy. this is a place i would recommend to anyone and everyone.

i went to see Dawn Levasseur for the first time about a year ago now. since that first visit with her i have felt so cared for. i went as undiagnosed and not listened to by my provider that i had for many years before her. they said there was nothing wrong with me and just in one visit with this provider she got me the help i needed for my blood sugar. she got me scans and testing and to see a endocrinologist in less them 3 weeks. she truly cares about her patients well being. she will listen to you and make the best medical choices that she possible can on your behalf, and not only that but she will fight to get the help you need as fast as she can.

Pack em in office. Not enough staff to support patient load. Untrustworthy, overbills any chance possible

Very happy with Dawn Levasseur, her patient interactions with my entire family (6 of us) has all been wonderful. I feel listened to and respected. I am genuinely pleased.

She is the worst provider anyone could have. She says she cares about you but all she cares about is the money that goes in her pocket. Be aware she is not a provider for your children as she will call the state in you for anything.

Dawn is so sweet and kind. She is a one of a kind provider.

Dawn is a great provider. She has been my provider for years and has always been genuinely interested in my health and taken the time to listen to me.
