She tried to play detective over the fact that I had COVID twice over a 3 month span. She also incorrectly took notes after disconnecting the call and never reconnecting saying that 'The patient said he gets it every 2 months' which defies logic and shows her own lack of attention to detail. If the patient is telling you and willing to show you a live test and you let your ego trip and overconfidence drive the decision to make said sick patient need to leave to go to an urgent care at 9pm in a weakened state then you need to re-evaluate why you are in the profession? Covid mutates, people in NYC get it ALL the time, and only this woman could make something so routine, so difficult, and should likely switch careers to a government job before she hurts someone.
